The Grand Opening of Crystals & Coffee

It finally arrived, opening day! Ura walked around the cafe one last time as a final check to ensure everything was in order.

The bulletins Hezeky had posted around town had done their job. The front step was flooded with curious individuals, waiting for the doors to open so they could try out the new business.

It wasn’t often when a new business came into town, so when it did, it became a big deal for the townspeople: a little something different from their mundane routine.

Ura peered out the cutout of the front shutters. It was obvious the customers were getting restless, some had been standing out there since sunrise in hopes to get the first service, and hopefully the best of the pastries, hot off the fire.

It was time to open the doors. Ura pushed back her shoulders and took a deep breath to calm her nerves. Everything was ready. . . except for one thing:

Where the heck was Hezeky?
