It’s been a while since I’ve written to you. I hope your travels see you well.
I have to admit, Hezeky didn’t do half bad. . . don’t you dare tell him I said that.
Who would have thought he’d be able to take this heep and build it into something nice? He’s been working night and day on it. Whatever he didn’t know before, he sought out instruction on. We’ve nearly got a roof on now.
While he’s been reparing the foundations, I’ve been cleaning out the debris.
The hearth is finally useable again. Though, I’m not much of a cook. I don’t need to explain to you that my skills are much better on the hunt, than for what comes after.
Perhaps Vrone would be willing to share his recipie for Nightwort Pie? I thought I’d surprise Hezeky with a treat.
